The implied suggestion would be getting rid of the dome of the rock. I'm not personally in favor of that. Also, it's a beautiful building, and a piece of history. My hope is one-day Jews can go there too. I would however be in favor of doing archeological digs below it without compromising the foundations.
The Dome of the Rock is a mosque built on the Temple Mount by a Syrian Caliph in Jerusalem, a city that is never once mentioned in the Qur'an, to assert Muslim dominance over Christianity and Judaism. Jews are not allowed to enter the Temple Mount, because Muslims get offended when a non-Muslim enters one of their holy sites.
