Strings are connected to GPIO pins, the rods / foot pedal are connected to ground. Body is solid walnut with channels routed out on the back side for strings / electronics.
6 days ago · I use a godin nylon string guitar with a SY1000, but use the Roland GR50 for pitch to midi. The SY1000 will give you good fast and accurate subtractive synth sounds. Also very good fx and amp section to use with the piezo nylon tones on the Godin.

6 days ago · My setup is that I have the FC300 connected to the VG99 using the RRC2 and then from the VG99 midi out to the GR-55 midi in and from the GR-55 midi out to my Pro Tools 003 midi in to control a software plug-in. I also use the Roland US 20 unit selector.
