Bruno Nuytten (born 28 August 1945) is a French cinematographer turned director. Camille Claudel which was Nuytten's first directorial and screenwriting effort, won the César Award for Best film in 1989.

Récipiendaire de trois Césars (1977, 1984, 1989) et du BAFTA award (1988) il enseigne à l'école nationale de cinéma FEMIS dont il a dirigé le département « Image » jusqu'en 2002 et dont il a présidé le jury d'admission en 2007.
