Our Professional Ballet-Academic Program offers Olympic-calibre training that prepares dancers for a dynamic career in dance companies around the world. Our annual auditions are offered in-person and online for students entering grades 6 to 12 in September 2024, welcoming students from across Canada and worldwide.

The Canada's National Ballet School was founded in 1959 by Celia Franca and Julia Bondy and was directed for many years by co-founder Betty Oliphant. The primary goal of the school is to train dancers for the National Ballet of Canada and also for companies across Canada and around the world.
