Opening hours are every day from 09:00 to 16:00 (See exceptions below.) All visitors must pass through our security check to enter the City Hall. Queues may occur and some waiting time should be calculated. The City Hall is closed for visitors on the following days in 2024: 28th of May.

Some of it is even based on personal experiences of the artist Alf Rolfsen. It was commissioned for the opening of the new Rådhus (City Hall) in Oslo in 1950.
