The first episode of series 5 premiered on ITV in February 2023. Each series deals with a new case, introducing seemingly unconnected characters who are gradually revealed to have some relationship with the victim.
S5.E6 ∙ Episode #5.6. Sun, Oct 8, 2023. When a second victim is linked to the case the team are now confronted with the possibility of a double murder. Jess and Sunny must now decipher which of the suspects are telling the truth so justice can finally be served.

The next episode airs on Monday, April 3, which will be the season finale and the sixth episode in total. A US release date or channel has still to be announced.
