Why is driver test places like Xenia and Huber packed until the end of July, while Montgomery Clerk of Courts is completely free? All my friends has taken Xenia and Huber Heights because it was easy to pass and stuff, but no one has ever taken the Montgomery one, not even heard of it, despite being an option on the official website.
