Agreement be damned. They usually won’t accept it (I wouldn’t either) but I can’t not. Where I work the kitchen closes before the bar and the servers will sit at the end of the bar and drink. Maybe one or two of them will leave a few bucks. They take up bar seats and rack up quite the bill. We find it rude.
