Jun 8, 2022 · The Chiappa Little Badger is more than capable in the field. It’s a rugged no-nonsense rimfire that gets the job done with good accuracy. If you miss the appeal of a wooden stock, go for the deluxe version (£295). Likewise, if you want a 9mm smoothbore, try the Little Squirrel option.
Feb 20, 2023 · The Little Badger is also available in .22 WMR and .17 HMR. Chiappa recently released the Little Badger Take Down Xtreme for an even more compact option. You can also find a Deluxe Rifle version of the Little Badger with wood stock and forend but you will have to find that on the used market.
Nov 8, 2015 · However this is not as accurate as perhaps a full sized rifle in 17 HMR should be. But it is still great fun and kills rabbits, opossums and other small game easily. It is so compact and portable that it is quickly becoming my most used rifle.

May 6, 2019 · It’s a breach loading, single shot rifle that, when folded, occupies a tiny space about 16.5 inches long and 8 inches across. In firing position, the rifle has an overall length of about 31 inches, which makes it look downright silly in the hands of a 240-pound ape like me.
The Little Badger is rugged and mechanically simple, just as any perfect survival rifle should be. I first encountered the Chiappa Little Badger single-shot, I pegged it as a survival rifle. It comes in basic black, either in 22LR or 22WMR, both of which are fine for small game.
