Ok, so I moved into a new house with previous ISP Verizon and so I ordered service with Xfinity (300mbs). I ordered an Arris modem, set it up, and got it working (confirmed by Xfinity. BUT, the routers I have tried connecting (a Netgear router and a Google Nest) provide a signal which I can connect to, but they do not provide internet access.
1 day ago · Cable and internet issue. For 3 weeks am following up with xfinity to resolve the issue but no one I'd trying to really assist. They just cone for the sake of ticket assigned to them and lie that they will get back and supervisor will make arrangements. Where is transparency because we don't get updated on our email.
