medic needs a nerf to pocketing (just like you can heal someone quicker if they have not taken damage for 15 seconds, you should heal someone slower if they have recently taken damage), and buffs/reworks to his arsenal to make his playstyle more interesting instead of just crossbow+medigun+ubersaw.
