Hey everyone! As a preface, I'm definitely not super experienced with controlling synths via DAW so this may be an easy fix I'm missing. So I use Reaper as my DAW and I'm trying to setup my Poly D to be controlled via Midi so that I can compose pieces through my DAW and then send the notes through the Poly D to record later.
I remember good things about nektar products having great integration with Reaper; it also has a sequencer which I assume can do what the beatstep sequencer does. The trouble is : is the integration with reaper good? Their nektarine vst got me a bit confused, it looks like a daw in a daw. It supposedly can control most vsts.
Different instances of Autotune per item on the same track ?? discussion. I know there's pros and cons to this approach but since I am new to reaper I would like you guys to throw some light on this. Thanks 🙂. 1. Add a Comment.
Hi all, I’m using Reaper and as a test I just clicked the mono button on the master bus. Instruments panned 60-80% L/R seem reduced massively in volume. I though mono should collapse the whole signal to one channel, but it feels like it’s just removing the sides and leaving the middle.
