In Fnaf 4 we could enter the room, which belongs to CC's sister. Of course, it could be Elizabeth's room, but Fnaf 4 was intended to be the final game, so it's very unlikely that Scott planed Elizabeth back then.

TL;DR of the theory-Midnight Motorist is a depiction of Cassidy’s abusive home, and the 3-toed footprints were Afton’s.
Cassidy is the fifth victim of The Missing Children Incident, stuffed into and possessing Golden Freddy. When unlocking the Good Ending of FNaF 3 , after the rest of the children have been given cake and are added to Happiest Day, Charlotte brings a cake to the table the child is positioned at.
