Wunderland Kalkar is an amusement park in Kalkar, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. It is built on the former site of SNR-300, [1] a nuclear power plant that never went online because of construction problems and protests.

Wunderland Kalkar is a family park with rides for all ages. Most attractions are for kids, but adults can enjoy climbing the cool tower (too high for me), carrousel, carts and water rollercoaster. Nothing too scary, short lines, not much waiting, just a lot of fun.
Dicht an der Grenze zu den Niederlanden liegt heute, inmitten von hübsch anzusehenden Teichen und Grünanlagen, das Wunderland Kalkar. Der Multikomplex ist aus einer ehemaligen (nie ans Netz gegangenen) Kernzentrale, dem "Schnellen Brüter" entstanden.
