Riley Adams. Riley Keaton Adams (born June 26, 1996) is an American professional baseball catcher for the Washington Nationals of Major League Baseball (MLB). He played college baseball for the San Diego Toreros of the University of San Diego. In 2021, he made his debut with the Toronto Blue Jays before being traded to Washington.
