He wants to settle down in the country, but his only hope for him to stay is to receive refugee status from the Belgium government. He fights to get that.
After defecting from North Korea, Loh Kiwan struggles to obtain refugee status in Belgium, where he encounters a dejected woman who has lost all hope.
