Donuts is the second studio album by the American hip hop producer J Dilla, released on February 7, 2006, by Stones Throw Records. It was released on the day of his 32nd birthday, three days before his death.
The instrumental hip hop album’s 31 tracks reflect J Dilla’s age at the time of recording, during a year spent mostly in a hospital bed at Los Angeles’ Cedars-Sinai Medical Center.
A collection of previously unreleased J Dilla instrumentals. Side B and D contain Serato control tones. 2 exclusive slipmats are also included in the package. Gatefold jacket.
