The Who's record label decided to target the casual-fan market with a series of greatest-hits collections that served up quick summaries of the artist at hand. At just 10 tracks, 20th Century Masters obviously can't do justice to a band with as many classic tunes as The Who. Still, there's not much to complain about with what's here.
