Fulton was born, January 10, 1966 in Hampton, Virginia. He is the middle child and only son of Flora and Bennie Fulton. He graduated from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech).
Founded by Fulton in 2017, Soulidifly Productions is a film-making, streaming media, investment, book and e-magazine publishing company.
In 2015, Fulton published his first children’s book, entitled Shauna. The story was dedicated to and inspired by his sister who has Rett Syndrome, an incurable rare neurological disorder.
