    Personality

Despite being only in 4th Grade, Chloe is bratty, snobby and looks down on people she deems to be beneath her, notably Regular Sized Rudy and Louise. She finds it easy to find things to complain about and is overly confident in herself and her position as being very popular among her classmates. She also will openly taunt people who work at her school if she has an opportunity, using a Donald Duck impression to mock Mr. Frond. She is unafraid to get involved in confrontation, such as taunting Louise over her rabbit ears.
