Schlafer. Levin. Victoria S. Levin, 74, of Royal Oak, wife of Congressman Sander Levin and a leading researcher on infant and children's mental health and development issues, died peacefully Thursday, Sept. 4, 2008, at Georgetown University Hospital in Washington, D.C., surrounded by her family.
