Apr 29, 2015 · Cynthia Hogle was a cultural adviser who coordinated the Malalai Anaa Center for Women and School for Girls in Hutal village, Afghanistan. She witnessed how the center was closed and taken over by local police after US troops left the area.
Cynthia Hogle supports Dreadnaught Battalion by conducting field interviews and research in Kandahar Province. She helps establish the Malalai Anaa Center for Women and School for Girls, a project of Afghanistan World Foundation.
