Dr. Lei was the recipient of the 2019 NSF Career on SiC Medium Voltage Converter, and the Co-Principle-Investigator of the 2019 SETO Program of Enhancing Grid Reliability and Resilience through Novel DER control, Total Situational Awareness and Integrated Distribution - Transmission Representation.
