Oct 13, 1989 · Halloween 5: The Revenge of Michael Myers (1989) is the fourth sequel to the popular horror film Halloween. It was directed by Dominique Othenin-Girard and starred Donald Pleasence, who again portrayed Dr. Sam Loomis, and Danielle Harris, who returned to play Jamie Lloyd.
Michael Myers survives his descent into a mind shaft from the previous movie and holds up with a hermit for a year before returning to his hometown in Illinois to attack his niece during Halloween and any trick-or-treaters who get in the way.
Just before the police seal off the mine, Michael manages to crawl out and take refuge with a hermit by the docks. A year passes and as Halloween arrives, a mysterious symbol has now appeared on Michaels arm and he awakens to wreak havoc on the town of Haddonfield once more.
Horror. One year after the events of Halloween 4: The Return of Michael Myers (1988), the Shape returns to Haddonfield once again in an attempt to kill his now-mute niece.
