Jan 30, 2007 · Jason Boland and the Stragglers are straight bourbon compared to the watered down country coming out of Nashville. They are outlaws and the sound is raw but pure. Reminiscient of the great one, Waylon, these guys consider fiddles and steels to be essential country instruments.
