Colin "Topper" Carew. Born and raised in Boston. Carew initially attended the Howard University School of Architecture. He earned a Bachelor in Architecture and Masters in Environmental Design from Yale, has had fully supporting fellowships at MIT (Community Fellow) and from the Corporation for Public Broadcasting (Broadcast Fellow).
