Television Producer. Under the name Joan Wilson, she was a television producer for WGBH in Boston, Massachusetts until her death in 1985 from cancer. She was the executive producer of such shows as Masterpiece Theatre, and creator and producer of Mystery! She married actor Jeremy Brett in 1977.
