    Hiroshi Toda (戸田 博史; born on August 22, 1949, in Tokyo) is a Japanese screenwriter who regularly works on anime scenario.

    Hiroshi Toda attended Waseda University. After leaving the university, he worked on Dragon Ball Z and Dragon Ball Z Kai.
