  4. Feb 15, 2011 · If I remember correctly the name was changed to Cook's department store. I remember going there a few times with my parents in the 80's. I remember their 'going out of business' sale when the shelves were half empty and they were even selling the shelves and fixtures. Couldn't give you any exact dates though, maybe around 1986.
