Cut in 1976 in Oklahoma, the set finds Bootsy in stellar shape as he forcefully delivers hits from his first album, including an impassioned reprise of his "I'd Rather Be With You." Another tidbit is that this is from Bootsy's own Bootzilla Records, hopefully there's more to come.

This is one of many groups with the Parliament, Funkadelic members including Catfish Collins (g), Fred Wesley (tb), Maceo Parker (sax) and Rick Gardner (t). They were very successful and had a large following.
