Graveside services for Helen Rietz, 89, of Sallisaw, are being held Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Sallisaw City Cemetery Gazebo, with Rev. Monroe Lowrimore officiating, under the direction of Agent Funeral Home of Sallisaw. Mrs. Rietz was born on May 5, 1913, in Iberia, Mo. She died Wednesday, Dec. 4, 2002, in Sallisaw.

He is the son of Harvey Leroy Rietz and Elizabeth Eugenia Kear who were both 30 years old at the time of his birth. His father was also born in Chicago while his mother was born in Shawnee, Ohio. [1] He married Helen Teaverbaugh about 1931.
