Dec 16, 1992 · As they embark on their fishing trip, Doogie and his mother bond over their shared love of fishing. However, their trip takes a turn when they witness a group of fishermen breaking the law by taking more fish than is allowed.
Doogie's mom makes a poor substitute as Doogie's fishing partner when Dr. Howser throws his back out and is at home being cared for by Vinnie.
