On 21 February 2020, 30West acquired a minority stake in Altitude Film Entertainment.
The company was formed in May 2012 by Will Clarke, founder of British production and distribution banner Optimum Releasing, which he sold to Studiocanal in 2006. Partnering Clarke is Co-CEO Andy Mayson, a highly experienced executive who has held Board-level positions at such notable companies as Working Title, PolyGram, Icon, Exclusive and Hammer.
