Robert DeLaurentis (born De Laurentiis) is an American television producer and television writer. DeLaurentis wrote the 1982 film A Little Sex, and has also written a proposed script for a Doctor Who film. He has both written and produced for television shows including The O.C., Providence, Alfred Hitchcock Presents, Fargo and The Umbrella Academy.

Many of the places I wrote for — CompuServe, eWorld, and MacFixit to name a few — have long since vanished. Along the way I contributed to a few books and presented at Macworld. For the last five years I have had a syndicated newspaper column titled Bob’s Tech Talk.
In the early years, De Laurentiis produced Italian neorealist films such as Bitter Rice (1949) and the early Fellini works La Strada (1954) and Nights of Cabiria (1956), often in collaboration with producer Carlo Ponti. In the 1960s, De Laurentiis built his own studio facilities.
