    Sindy McKay-Swerdlove (born April 26, 1954) is an American screenwriter, producer, editor and actress based in Los Angeles, California that has served as one of the writers (and later head writer in Season 2) of "Chloe's Closet", as well one of the creative producers of the show's first season.

    McKay is a two-time Emmy Award, three time Humanitas Award winning animation writer that specializes in edutainment, preschool projects and children's books. She currently also works as in house story editor for "Treasure Bay Publishing" and has also worked as a stand-up comic artist for several years, co-creating an all female improv group called "All Those Women." She is also a graduate at the USIU School of Performing and Visual Arts with a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts.
