"My dad was born John Jacob Nash on December 17, 1937. It was not until he reached adulthood that he legally changed his name to Theodore John Healy, although everyone always called him "Ted" throughout his childhood.
His son - John Jacob Nash but who changed his name to Theodore John Healy - who was born four days before Ted's untimely death, graduated from Annapolis in 1963. He died in 2011 at the age of 73.
