    Jeannetta Arnette (born 29 July 1954; age 69), sometimes credited as Jeanetta Arnette, is the actress who played Doctor Karen Loews in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine sixth season episode "Statistical Probabilities". She is perhaps best known for her role as Bernadette Meara in all five seasons of the television series Head of the Class. More recently, she had a recurring role on So Notorious.

    Arnette has also made appearances on such programs as Chic and the Man, Hill Street Blues (starring Barbara Bosson and James B. Sikking), Three's Company, Laverne & Shirley, St. Elsewhere (starring Chad Allen, Ed Begley, Jr., Norman Lloyd and Jennifer Savidge), The A-Team (starring Dwight Schultz, in an episode with Daniel Davis), Hardcastle and McCormick (starring Brian Keith and Daniel Hugh Kelly, in an episode with Paul Carr), L.A. Law (with Daniel Benzali and Corbin Bernsen), Touched by an Angel (with Steven Culp), Grace Under Fire (with Matt McCoy), and an Allan Kroeker-directed episode of Roswell (with William Sadler). Morgan Sheppard had roles in the little-known film Florida City. Arnette's other motion picture credits include Ladybugs (1992, with Nancy Parsons and Jandi Swanson), Boys Don't Cry (1999), and The Shipping News (2001).
