Nicholle Tom. Nicholle Marie Tom (born March 23, 1978) [1] is an American actress. She is best known for playing the role of Maggie Sheffield on the CBS sitcom The Nanny (1993 to 1999). She appeared as Ryce Newton in the film Beethoven (1992) and it's sequel Beethoven's 2nd (1993).
