She appeared in a variety of school plays and embarked on an acting career in the 1990s, landing bit parts in such movies as Airheads, S.F.W., The Stoned Age, and The Evening Star. She also made guest appearances on Grace Under Fire, Murphy Brown, and L.A. Firefighters.
