IIRC, for the SEBEC route, take Protag, Nanjo, Masao/Mark, Maki, and Reiji. For the Snow Queen Quest Protag, Yukino, Ayase, Brown, and Elly. That way you can play through both routes and have all playable characters in your party for one or the other.
