- My training started on stage in musical theatre. From ages 6-12, I engaged in 15 or more hours of training in acting, voice, and dance at North Carolina Theater Conservatory after school and on the weekends.
- I’ve been cast in musical theatre productions of The Little Mermaid, Mary Poppins, Annie, and The Secret Garden, where I was nominated as “Best Actress in a Musical” by Broadway World for my role as Mary Lennox.
- In the upcoming TV series, The Crossover based on Kwame Alexander’s book, I am playing the role of Alexis (Miss Sweet Tea). It’s a show for the entire family.
- I spent my 16th birthday in New Orleans while filming The Crossover. My four aunts came in town and organized a beautiful party for me and the cast helped me celebrate.

Actress, singer, and dancer with an extensive list of performing credits, most notably including the Disney+ series The Crossover, in which she plays the leading role of Alexis. She has starred in numerous stage musicals, including Disney's The Little Mermaid and Mary Poppins.
She began singing and performing when she was just 2 years old. After taking notice of her talent, her parents enrolled her in musical theater camps and encouraged her development into a performing artist.
She received Broadway World Award nominations for her performance as Mary Lennox in The Secret Garden and as Baby June in Gypsy. She regularly uploads behind-the-scenes photos from her acting roles and inspirational content to her skyla_ilece Instagram account.
