I'd put Nichelle Nichols' height at 5 feet at best; I'm just under 5 feet 6 inches with flats, and the photo area at a Sci Fi convention in TX was away from the tables where she graciously greeted fans. We walked together to the photo area and I was shocked at how much shorter she was to me b/c I thought she was 5 feet 7 (model height).
