Pilar Seurat (25 July 1938 – 2 June 2001; age 62) was the actress who played Sybo in the Star Trek: The Original Series second season episode "Wolf in the Fold". She filmed her scenes on Thursday 29 June 1967 and Friday 30 June 1967 at Desilu Stage 10.

Born in the Philippines as Rita Hernandez, she arrived in the United States of America as a child, and began acting on television in the late 1950s. One of her earliest TV appearances came in a 1960 episode of the classic Western series Maverick along with fellow Original Series guest star Richard Webb. This was followed in 1962 with two appearances on the crime series Naked City. Her first episode, entitled "The Contract", also featured fellow Original Series alum Abraham Sofaer while the second, called "Without Stick or Sword", featured Original Series star William Shatner. Also in 1962, she appeared in an episode of Adventures in Paradise with her "Wolf in the Fold" co-star John Fiedler. The following year, Seurat was seen in an episode of Gene Roddenberry's The Lieutenant, starring Gary Lockwood. She also appeared in a 1965 episode of Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea with Original Series star George Takei.

Her many other TV credits include Ben Casey (in an episode with Davis Roberts), Temple Houston (starring Jeffrey Hunter and also guest-starring Abraham Sofaer), The Defenders (with Richard Kiley and Frank Overton), Rawhide (with James Gregory and Richard Hale), Burke's Law (with Ricardo Montalban), I Spy (with George Murdock), Slattery's People (with Paul Sorensen), The Wild Wild West (with Michael Dunn), The Fugitive (with James Gregory), The Man from U.N.C.L.E., The High Chaparral (starring Henry Darrow), Then Came Bronson (with Logan Ramsey), Hawaii Five-O, The Mod Squad (starring Clarence Williams III and Tige Andrews), and Bonanza (with Alan Oppenheimer). She also appeared in multiple episodes of The F.B.I., during which she worked with the likes of Stephen Brooks, Richard Evans, Rex Holman, and Ken Lynch.

Seurat was also involved in a handful of feature films released in 1961, including John Frankenheimer's The Young Savages, in which she played one of three Italian teenagers accused of murder; Stanley Adams and Clegg Hoyt made uncredited appearances in this film. Seurat also appeared with Barry Atwater in Battle at Bloody Beach and with Yvonne Craig in The Seven Women from Hell. Ten years later, she and fellow Original Series alumni Antoinette Bower and Don Keefer had roles in the made-for-TV movie A Death of Innocence.
