Shakina Nayfack (born December 8, 1980) is an American actress and transgender activist. She is most notable for her series regular role as Lola, a "trans-truther", on the second and third seasons of the Hulu television program Difficult People, on which she was also a writing consultant. [1]
She is most known for her work as Lola on the Hulu comedy series Difficult People (seasons 2 and 3) and as the Founding Artistic Director of Musical Theatre Factory, where she has supported the development of over 100 new musicals including her own autobiographical rock musical, Manifest Pussy.
