Molly Picon (Yiddish: מאָלי פּיקאָן; born Malka Opiekun; February 28, 1898 – April 5, 1992) was an American actress of stage, screen, radio and television, as well as a lyricist and dramatic storyteller.
Molly Picon (1898-1992) was a versatile and popular performer in Yiddish and English theater, film and radio. She starred in over 200 Yiddish plays, co-wrote many of them with her husband Jacob Kalich, and appeared in Fiddler on the Roof, The Cannonball Run and other films.
