Ethan's Arrest
In 2009, she was engaged to Ethan Ward. One day, he was arrested for the murder of Steven Mason. She gave him an alibi for the night of the murder, but when she learned he was having her followed to make sure she didn't talk to the cops, she told the truth, saying she wouldn't lie for a man who was keeping secrets from her. Despite this, the charges against Ethan were dropped.
Art Heist
Alice's team was hired by Singer Museum to protect Maria Kreyn's paintings. Alice posed as Natasha Kendall and went to the gallery opening. At the opening, Mario Visconti, an art thief, approached her at a painting and struck up a conversation with her. She tipped him off on the existence of another piece, which arrived too late for the show. She flirted with him and offered him the chance to see it. She used her badge to show him the painting. After they finished, they went back to the gallery opening. Mario swiped her badge and used it to steal the painting. Alice expected this and as he left, Danny stopped him. When he tried to go back inside, Alice subdued him so he could be arrested. Ben later stole the painting himself to give to Alice.
Dating "Christopher"
Alice met Benjamin Jones, as Christopher Hall, when he pretended he was a prospective client, referred to them by Seth Hamilton. He met with them and they pitched their services to him. He later said he was going with another company. Alice, not wanting to lose his business, found out where he was eating lunch and met with him there. He said he wasn't choosing them because he was interested in seeing one of the partners. The two started dating shortly after. After Alice and Christopher became engaged after he tricked her into a proposal, they began to plan their wedding. Valerie, though going through her own divorce, eagerly jumped into planning mode and forced Alice to sit down and try cake samples. Unbeknownst to Alice, Ben's partner, Margot Bishop, told him it was time to end the con and break up with Alice. Faced with having to leave the woman he'd come to love, Ben suggested to Alice that they run away together and elope. She initially refused, but changed her mind. However, when she went to tell him that, she discovered that Christopher Hall had been erased and realized she'd been conned.
