She is the reigning Olympic champion in the women's 200-metre and 400-metre freestyle, having won both events at the 2020 Summer Olympics, and the world record holder in the long course 200-metre freestyle and 400-metre freestyle events.
Ariarne Titmus emerged as one of the world's best female middle-distance swimmers, making waves on her Olympic debut in Tokyo 2020 (in 2021), winning two golds, a silver and a bronze in the pool.
