Tony Alva (born September 2, 1957) is an American skateboarder, entrepreneur, and musician. He was a pioneer of vertical skateboarding and one of the original members of the Zephyr Competition Skateboarding Team, also known as the Z-Boys.

In 1972, along with Jay Adams and Stacy Peralta, he joined the legendary Z-Boys skateboard team. Alva later went on to win the Men’s World Overall Championships in 1977.
