    • MainStrasse Village. Covington’s 19th-century German heritage comes to the fore at this cute but bustling district on the old west side. In the mid-19th century this was the destination for a big influx of German and Irish immigrants, and that flavor lingers in the revitalized, walkable district that greets you today.
