Ralph Daniel Willard (born March 28, 1946) is an American former basketball coach. He served as the head men's basketball coach at Western Kentucky University from 1990 to 1994, the University of Pittsburgh from 1994 to 1999, and the College of the Holy Cross from 1999 to 2009, compiling a career college basketball coaching record of 336–241.

Ralph Willard was the head coach of the Holy Cross men’s basketball team from 1999 to 2009, leading the Crusaders to four NCAA Tournaments and four Patriot League titles. He is the second all-time winningest coach at Holy Cross and was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2021.
